Delete Your PepLedger Account and Data

PepLedger (iOS and Android) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted.

Delete in the app

Open PepLedger, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it.

Request deletion by email

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to info@pepledgerapp.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account record, all logged doses, cycles and protocols, inventory, body metrics and measurements, bloodwork entries, progress photos, notes, reminders, AI Assistant and Fact Check history, and device identifiers.

What is retained

PepLedger does not store payment details — subscription and transaction records are held by Apple and Google under their own legal and tax obligations. Anonymised, non-identifying usage counts that cannot be linked back to you may be retained. Any records required by law are kept only as long as the law requires.

Retention periods

• In-app deletion takes effect immediately.
• Email requests are completed within 30 days.
• Data is purged from backups within 90 days.
