PepLedger Support
Get help with your PepLedger account, Apple subscription, privacy questions, feedback, technical issues, and website questions without sending sensitive data.
For account, subscription, privacy, feedback, or technical support, email info@pepledgerapp.com. Include your device type, app version when available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive health information.
Account and technical help
Contact support if you cannot access your account, need help understanding account settings, encounter an unexpected result, or want to report a display or app problem. Screenshots can help, but remove private information first.
Subscription help
Apple subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store subscription settings. Android is coming soon; no Google Play PepLedger subscription is currently available. Store billing and subscription changes must be handled through the store connected to the purchase.
Privacy and feedback
Use the support email for privacy questions, privacy-related requests, bug reports, or feature suggestions. Read the PepLedger Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
